Product returns due to wrong delivery
If the product received by the Customer is not the one the Customer chose when purchasing it from the e-shop, then he can return it within 5 days from the date of receipt, as long as it is in its original packaging and has not been unsealed.
In this case, the shipping costs of returning the products to the COMPANY as well as the shipping costs to the customer are a responsibility the COMPANY as long as the method of return proposed by the company is followed.
Returns of defective products
In case of a defective product, the Customer can return it together with its original packaging and other accompanying documents, within 5 days from the date of receipt. If the COMPANY discovers the defect and determines that it was caused by the fault of the COMPANY (eg deterioration due to deficient packaging, due to expiration date etc.) it will immediately replace the product. If the replacement of the product is not possible, the COMPANY will return the money paid to the customer.
In this case, the shipping costs of returning the products to the COMPANY as well as the shipping costs to the customer are a responsibility the COMPANY as long as the method of return proposed by the company is followed.
In the event that the defect is not the fault of the COMPANY, the COMPANY is not obliged to replace the product or to refund money or to any restoration or compensation..
Withdrawal
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, returning it in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. In order for this withdrawal to be accepted, it must be submitted in writing. The unsealing of the product, the wear of it and its packaging, constitute, among other things, reasons for canceling the right of withdrawal.
The return of the product must be made in the same way as the original shipment, in accordance with the COMPANY’s instructions and at the expense of the customer.
The return of the paid amount (minus the costs of shipping, return, etc. carried out by the COMPANY) to the customer is made within 14 days the product return.
Storing
If a product is not properly stored after delivery, any right to file a complaint ceases to apply with immediate effect.
