Each bottle of One & Olive Terroir is a creation, a legacy sealed by the fingerprint of Apostolos Anagnostopoulos, the artisan whose hands nurtured this land for decades with love. A love inherited, lived, and passed on, continuing a family legacy that began in 1896.

Hand-harvested from trees aged 40 to 120 years, with roots of mineral-rich limestone and ceratolite, where olives grow without irrigation - with just nature’s help.
Every harvest is special, and each bottle has a story of its own, with an unmistakable signature from the maker.
